some hand drawn lettering I worked on. Decided to add it to the top of an old illustration...
Gouach painted...camera phone...i'll work on it some more. i think it would be a cool graphic or if i just decide to play around with the actual reference photo, it would make an awesome tripped out flier of some kind.

I made a simple a-line but I'm digging the Chinese characters! I'm definitely using this fabric again for a different kind of skirt. The possibilities are endless!

Patti Smith

Patti Smith is someone who embodies all of the qualities of a true artist by being so in touch and honest with her heart about all things that surround her. She has always been a poet first and became everything else through experimentation and the support of loved ones and dear friends. With all she's proved herself to be, she definitely makes a unique and strong presence whom I have come to admire.

Her looks are pretty amazing plus she's known for her gender-bending fashion choices.

P.s I want that Fuck The Clock tee. :)

Shelley Duvall

This pale, slanky looking, terrified for her life, housewife, Wendy Torrence is played by Shelley Duvall. She has such a peculiar look I cannot help but to be curious how her looks have been utilized. She has never really been dubbed as a fashion icon but after some searchin' around on the web, I found that she can really did present some noteworthy looks through her style appropriate to her time.
Here are some photographs that were available on the web
Annie Hall & Frankenweenie (You can watch the whole movie on Youtube!)
